Horrible Support

I've had an outstanding issue that was created by a contus customization and it's been 2 months and they still can't fix it or even know what the issue is. Worst decision ever to go with Contus. I have lost so much money by choosing them. Their support team thinks they know the issue but they don't listen to the customer. Trying to get them to fix simple things is impossible. I would not recommend Contus to anyone.

I have no words to describe about those bas**rds, the sold us a placebo saying it was a groupon script and started milking us for money saying that they were customizing it to our requirements., Those hooker's even lied to us about saying that they had developed a facebook app and charged 500 USD for that. These swines are a greedy lot, conning people, if you would need confirmation about my experience please write to me and, I can verify. I had been to this forum and had even mentioned to them, but the came up with and explaination that it was a conspiracy by their competitors, never ever do anything with these bastards. I will go after them, this does not end here.

I cannot contact you to see that you are real. Since you do not state your companies, real names or anything alike, your complaines are difficult to verify.

I checked Contus via LinkedIn and here they are recommended. I could even follow the websites of the people recommending verify that they were using the very platform you claim is not working.

I suggest you try someone else, they use magento with a plugin saying its a groupon clone that *** doesnt work as it is supposed to.

I was about to make a payment buying the Groupon Clone from there, what went wrong in your case? Was the software incomplete (functions not working), which bugs did you have, what do you mean by placebo?

Contus Support Sucks

Hired them to build e-commerce website and we have nothing. They are just scammers who take your money and give you nothing in return. Be wary paying with Paypal because of "vrtual goods" Dont send them money for anything See forums around the net an post you own complaints if you have been scammed as well. Look at other complaints on this board for their skills too. Whatever you get from them is just buggy clones of the originals. We will be posting this complaint everyday until this is cleared up. Waste of time and money

I asked these guys to develop and e-commerce website for me. It was a complete waste of time with them. They do not understand the requirements and give you the run around that all will be fixed when moved to a live server. I even asked an Indian colleague of mine so he can translate to Indian as if they did not understand English. They did not understand simple requirements. The page layout did not maintain its integrity on different browsers. They claimed project complete when there were many major bugs even in the homepage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE GUYS. THEY ARE SIMPLY INCOMPETENT.

CONTUS SUPPORT - it doesn't exist! They only take your money!

They re-built our website & did SEO. Invoicing was all the time via paypal. All was fine for 1.5years until one day the site was lost. Strange part is, the same thing has happened to their own sister site PLATOON.IN.... I called them, sent many e-mails without getting any reply. The person who answers the phone only says we are looking into it- right? The site has been down many days now. Its not good enough as I dont know where I am standing. Are they going to fix it or did they really blew it & are scared to admit it. At least I expect an e-mail with an explanation. Even if it is lost- I'd accept if they re-do it but not like leaving me in the darkness & not knowing what the *** is going on. Am I pissed? I am thinking of taking them to court as this is unacceptable-my loss is in thousands of dollars. I think that with correct company this kind of complaints should not happen. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY with CONTUSSUPPORT! Seems I am not the only customer in this site who is upset about them. Advise- deal with companies you can physically reach- at least then you have a chance to beat the *** out of them. Sorry, I am not a person to write complaints- but this company has reached my limit.

I am taking my words back & apologise. Finally I got the issue fixed.

Just a bitty I had to show my frustration & anger to get things done. If I would no how to delete my review, I'd do so as end of the day the final result is what matters to me.

Contus Support who operates from India is not worth of money you spend. You may get only junk. Save your worthful time and money. My friend is also in deep trouble because of them. I wonder how other clients accept their low grade work with glaring UI issues. They don't accept their flaws nor do they work towards rigorous testing. They are a confused lot not knowing what to do to fix. Result is my client kicked me out from 3 year contract. The whole team treated me like an ***. Talking with counsels to take them to court. Any help on Indian legal system is appreciated.

Contus support is a wonderful company to waste your money. Even a *** person can make better sense than them.

They gave me their gropuon clone script, it is just a bug script. Every now and then I need to call them for fixing the issue. These high profiled foolish people ask me to wait till the next update. I had serious issues with the payment gateway.

How would I wait till next upgrade?

Their demo is good but their script is worse than the junk present in trash can. :(

I've bought 2 things: grouponclone and additional FB application for that.

GC was fixed by my programmer after 2weeks asking Contus Support for help with no result

FB-APP is still missed, paid a month ago and still didn't sent, installed - nothing.

think twice before You decide to buy sth from them.

PayPal doesn't support virtual transactions so I could't get my money back.

We too bought system from Group clone. It was a big fraud.

They need four months to deliver system they promise in one month, and system is full of mistakes. They ask me much money extra to system, they say that many things I need for business not included in pack.

When I asked after four months to get refund they say I am far and if I want money back I can come to India to try. Very unpolite and *** behavior.
